Sweden and Slovakia 2025-03-12 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
The system integrator Triton Digital has ordered a complete DAB platform from Paneda. The system has been installed in the Czech Republic for the national broadcaster Broadcast Services (part of the same group as Multiplex24), which is building a DAB network with a total of 31 transmitters. Once completed, the network will cover up to 95% of the population in the target regions.
Additionally, a DAB system has been provided for the regional broadcaster GG Omikron, which is developing a DAB network aimed at covering the three largest cities in the Czech Republic.
The order includes a software platform based on Docker, hosted on on-premises hardware. The solution is designed to support up to 10 multiplexers, which together can host up to 200 radio stations within a 1RU footprint. The platform is delivered and installed with redundancy and seamless switching included
